Still on vacation so haven't gotten time to finish up my character but I'm between whether his would be a natural birth or artificial; natural being similar to that Everfree idea and artificial with the magic. If it was through magic, I was thinking it would be the equivalent to a test tube baby, maybe as an experiment from Twilight's faction, Moon and Star was it (cant remember XD), that was a mix of science and magic. It failed, or at least the results weren't satisfactory, and was discarded in Everfree. Either way, he would find himself in the care of Rainbow's faction
