This interaction between Sergeant Arcanine and Timothy is going to be fun to write. I'm about to watch a movie but when that's done I'll take a crack at it.

Also, I have nothing planned with that Houndoom from a while back. Folks are free to do what they want with him. He could be part of the police, a self made vigilante, or even just a common thug. Tried to leave it pretty open ended in that regard.
