:"3 I'm happy for you, girl. So, conversation with my hubby last night. we were watching the Avengers. I asked him if, when disaster strikes, is it smarter to be on the streets and running, or inside and hiding. He said he didn't know. So was asked why not. Shouldn't the military train them in things like this? In case the Avengers show up to 'save' the city, but really they're just making everything worse. He told me to watch the movie and held my head on his chest XD
In the event of an unforeseen invasion (Of any kind) it is best to address where it is hitting before taking action to avoid it. in most cases people panic and run in any general away direction that can often lead to either coming to a dead end (No pun intended) or the fastest way of escape being blocked. From what I have seen in movies, documentaries and scenarios it is best to take time to first establish a way out and avoid using main roads for transport. It is also optional to use a vehicle as they can make you a bigger target. This is just what I have gathered, and I have put a lot of thought into things like this as well because I have always loved disaster/apocalyptic settings. Seeing as I live outside of a city and where it is so flat I can see into Canada I don't think escape is really an issue for me.
