Name: Dekys, god of death. Dekys, God of the afterlife. He who grants and revokes death.
Powers: Dekys has the ability to control the flow of souls in/out of the underworld. Because of this, he can cause ghosts of the dead to haunt areas of the mortal plane, undead, and reincarnation. Yep. This guy controls who reincarnates where, though, through this power he has to be unbiased. Undead are simply a byproduct of reincarnation, as the bodies of the reincarnated become soulless husks that can be brought back as minions.
