Yeah, tis a bit of the primary issue at the moment. I'd like atleast 4 dedicated characters before we start. While I would be willing to offer a character to the party I'd rather focus on playing the NPCs and such, but if we get 2 or three dedicated members I will be willing to play a couple of actually player characters. 

But yeah, the short answer is that I am willing to start as soon as we have 4 people.
