History of organization: The mercenary group known as The Black Phoenix Company was formed in 1999 when a group of mercenaries lead by Jacoby Drexlehand, learned about the existence of The Manipulators and decided to capitalize of the weaker Manipulator organizations by offering them help with the tasks that they couldn't do by themselves. In time, they grew from a rag-tag brigade of bruisers and head-shooters, to the dangerous organization they are now.
