The headmistress let out a sigh, whipping her hair back as she watched the students file out of the main hall. "And so begins another year.. Next time, restrain yourself from going on a rant. I think you traumatized half of the first years." The headmaster 'clicked his tongue', his essence dimming in disapproval. "What? They couldn't believe that their headmaster was a gemstone? I feel sorry for the first years, then. Cause they get Mr. Fenris." The HM laughed menacingly, and his assistant only rolled his eyes in response. Suddenly, she perked up, placing her hand to her ear, almost as if somebody was whispering in it. "Uh-huh? Alright. Sure. We'll check it out." The crystal stared blankly, "What was that?" The woman placed a hand against her face, shaking her head in denial. "Well, we've got some orcs making a fort." A FEW MINUTES LATER: "What. The hell. Is this?" The headmaster questioned in a nearly furious tone. The vice headmistress stared bewildered at the sight before them. "...The culture festival shouldn't be for another few months, right?" She began to look around for a representative. Somebody was in charge, or at least had the reins of the situation. "...They all registered as one unit, I think. Traveled here from the same region." As the orcs continued to build away at their icy masterpiece, the two finally set their sights upon an orc making orders to the others. "Why are they building a fort? What is happening? I can't even right now. I'm literally able to wrap my elderly mind around these oversized grunts. Oi, you! Yeah, you!" The headmaster called out to the orc, as his assistant raised the cane high in the air, waving it back and forth to express his actions. "Why in the name of D-sized cups, are you making a damn snow fort?!" He yelled, on the brink of destroying this snowflake of a building. Gujjab, a warrior with a large sword strapped to his back, turned to see the Headmaster and the Headmistress call out to them. He oversaw the construction of the fort since he had the best engineering knowledge, though he gave this task to another as he went to meet the leaders of the academy. Leaping off from the rampart and onto the ground, Gujjab didn't seem phased from the ten foot fall and jogged up to the headmaster and headmistress. ""Ello Headmaster, an' Headmistress. We're just makin' fer us a place 'ere us orcs can be 'ith out bothern none da other students. See, we know that not all da student are... Partial fer us orcs. And we dunt want no trouble, see, so we made ourselves dis 'ere fort were we can be. Uh... If yer want, I can find da boss. Ralthavar, he calls most da shots, see, least when he's 'round. We won't cause no trouble, Headmaster and Headmistress. Promise." Gujjab wasn't really a man of words, but he at least knew when some problems couldn't be solved with swords. Some of the other orcs took notice, while trying to continue their work. They all hoped that their efforts wouldn't have gone to waste. The orc begged that they keep their fort in an almost pitiful way. Hitting the headmaster square at home base, he contemplated his next action for a few moments. As his gem glowed yet again, his partner suddenly spoke up, receiving another complaint. "Students are fighting by the fourth year dorms?" The woman exhaled deeply, "...Alright. His name is Ralthavar? A first year student, if I recall... Ask him to stop by my office tomorrow. You all seem like able bodied individuals. Perhaps you can help us out. You pat us on the back, and we'll pat you. Alright?" The cane was lowered into the snow, meanwhile the vice headmistress cocked her head to her side, waiting for the orc to respond. "Ya, ya! Got it, Headmaster and Headmistress. Oi! Saghig!" A female orc popped her head out from the ramparts. "Go find da boss! Tell em that he needs to see the Headmaster and Headmistress about da fort. And I need 'bout five of ya gits to come with me!" Soon more orcs filed out of the fort after Saghig left to find Ralthavar. Those who came with Gujjab were mostly warriors, though eager for some action after overhearing "fighting by the fourth year dorm". Gujjab counted out his orcs and turned back to the Headmaster and Headmistress. "Roight, wot da ya need headmaster and headmistress? Me and mah bois are ready fer anything!" It took a second for the orc's proposition to click in their heads. The VHM turned the attached gemstone to face her, staring at it with a quizzical look. Then the two suddenly broke into laughter, "Oh my. Young lad. It's been a while since we've had such a good laugh." The cane was suddenly jutted out at the orc, lightly poking at his chest, "Though your orcs appear to be experienced fighter. It's just a pair of students. It's as easy to deal with that as it is for my assistant to relieve herself. Also, you are yet to be employed, so don't jump to anything as of yet. Maybe after your boss and I... chat, we can assign your legibility. Anyways, have a nice day my boy. Do well in classes, and I won't have to throw you into detention~" The gem hooted as the cane was lowered, the woman turned around and walked towards the dorms, ready to bring down the law on a few unfortunate souls. The orcs looked at each other as the Headmaster dismissed their help. They were unsure of what to make of it, but the headmaster didnt' tell them to tear down their fort, but also they didn't want their help. Gujjab just looked back at the fort and ordered the orcs back to work. "Double time now, da boss ought to be able to talk to da Headmaster and dem 'bout da fort. And if not, well, let's make dis fort as 'ard as we can! They gunna have one hell of a time if they want to get rid of it!" The orcs ran back to the fort and returned to work, now working faster knowing that they might have some trouble later down the line. Saghig went to find Ralthavar, and found him talking to a human looking girl. "Boss! Boss! Dere's sumthing I got to tell you!"
