Sorry ive been rather quiet in this thread but ive been working on other things, trying to keep up with the other two GMs, etc.

As for what people have been asking, Ellri covered it all. Magic, as far as its known in this world, is chanelled through relics. Any magic done without a relic is mostly smoke and mirrors, and its doubtful that it exists at all without relics. 
The CSs all look good as far as i know but thats more Ellri's specialty.
