Well, Vincent for one. Once I finish and post his bio it'll be explained better, but essentially he would be the first "in line" to take over (going off what I gathered from Ichthys in our PM convo), but refused when some of the other nobles tried to put him on the throne. Whether his refusal is genuine or just another ploy in the game of kings could definitely be a point of contention and uncertainty that other writers could play off of, since he didn't officially abdicate.
