Well thank-you, kind sir and/or madam. If you're interested enough to be committed, regardless of your schedule, we can find ways to work with it. Is your rare posting a constant thing, or just temporary? We've had people in the past go away for a month or two/post every few weeks. If you don't feel like you'll hold back the RP, we can find a way.

Glad to hear you're interested! We definitely allow multiple characters. I'm bad for hoarding characters. They don't all have to be active at once either, in case you do what I do and introduce a bunch of people all at once only to feel overwhelmed. Sometimes you can't just kill off everyone...
