Well, OBVIOUSLY. I know enough to change things to match the setting. After all, you can pull the sine out through the neck. Not only is it attached to the rib cage, but the vertebrae are only connected via cartilage... which would probably break. Mortal Kombat physics are downright impossible outside of Mortal Kombat.
