[center]@Quatro, they most likely won't have a leader, but if a certain someone (hint hint) steps in and takes over, then yes. 
@malmoshodes, Visoreds/Vizards, will not be limited to Soul Society. They can be accepted back into the soul society by a council of captains, but otherwise they'll most likely be free roaming beings, having them all grouped together would be smarter though (in my opinion).
