So, the first ability: Alright, so normally I would call this as character control, however it's only so in the most strict of definitions. The ability is not overpowered, per say. Those parts are vulnerable to the effects. The projectile can get larger based on ticks, making it more viable.[/*] [*]The higher the tier of the character being struck by this power, the easier it is to resist. A character of equal tier could resist it once or twice without it being silly. A character of lower tier would have difficulty resisting. A character of higher tier would be able to shrug it off more than once.[/*] [/list] If you find those acceptable, then yeah that initial ability is acceptable.
