Zephyr tried to ignore comments the twins made. Bitch they had said. Maybe they were right, but she didn't feel like fighting. In fact, in the past few weeks she still hadn't really felt like she was welcome. It was more than likely that she just hadn't made much of an effort to assimilate. She watched the twins leave and finished her toast and juice before standing up and cleaning up the kitchen and dishes she and the boy's had made, wanting to do something, anything to keep busy. She could sense someone new enter the house, and wander, then come towards the kitchen. A blonde young man had entered but it wasn't long before Tyler and Taylor came in and ushered him off. She could tell that they were suspicious of him, but she couldn't read anything about him that they should be suspicious of. Running out of things to do and feeling it was time to be done with her antisocial behavior for the day, Zeph left the kitchen for the cafeteria. She wasn't really friends with any one there yet other than some of the teachers. She waved at Hank then found an empty table to sit at. Sitting there she tried to focus on particular thoughts. "I can't believe that girl did that to Tyler. She should know better." Searching thoughts she was able to piece together what had happened through memories and she stifled a giggle. "What's up with Storm? She seems off." others seemed to be worried about Ororo and the school. Zeph wasn't sure if she should investigate that or not... no, she should try to give Ororo her privacy. Zeph closed her eyes now, trying to see if she could shut it off. Focus. Focus. Focus. Damn. she said slamming a palm on the table in frustration and opening her eyes. That didn't work/. She looked around nervously as she noticed that some of the younger kids stared at her. She kind of felt like a fox in a hen house in this school. There were plenty of older students like her, but that didn't make it any less weird to be here. Zeph pulled her hair over one shoulder and sighed What is that chicks problem? she heard someone think. Lots of things. she thought to herself. Noticing Tiffany she smiled and waved. She had to be friendly to someone.
