I'm totally up for this. This also allows the remote activation of Dust, as the Semblance serves as a conduit for Crash's Aura. However, it does not allow manipulation of Dust that has already been used, such as Dust bullets that have already been fired. Weapon- Ova - A partially-hollowed steel ball that is filled with explosive powder Red Dust. A clever mechanism just under the surface allows small pockets of the Dust to settle just under the surface but separate from the much larger center, where the dust is mostly stored. Ova is designed to be thrown by Crash, who seems to be the only one capable of safely handling it due to its volatile nature and low impact threshold. Upon impacting any surface with sufficient force (a relatively low force), the pockets of Red Dust will detonate thanks to Crash's Semblance and then refill themselves from the central deposit thanks to the mechanism. This tiny explosion will make the impact cause extra damage and propel Ova with even more force than before. With each successive blast, Ova will go faster and hit harder. The most effective environment to use this in is indoors where the fight can be enclosed and Ova can have many surfaces to "bounce" off of. In a wide-open area, Ova loses most of its power. Though obstacles such as trees and buildings can partially compensate for this. As Dust is consumed upon each impact, Ova needs to be reloaded occasionally. The mechanism that allows the Red Dust to enter the near-surface pockets can be deactivated when not in combat to prevent any accidental detonations. Other Equipment- Dust Crystal Container - A black, metal container approximately the size of a large textbook (which it strongly resembles and is often mistaken for at a glance). It is broken into several sections, each containing several Dust Crystals of a specific kind. Thus they are categorized and separated, allowing quick and easy access. Each section has a small contraption that will spring out a single Dust Crystal when activated. The container is sturdy enough to withstand rapid movements and tough impacts without harming or detonating its contents. The Dust inside includes: red (fire), blue (water), cyan (ice), green (wind), purple (energy), yellow (lightning), and orange (earth). Red Powder Dust Flask - A black, metal flask filled with Red Dust in powder form. Used for reloading Ova, or in emergencies the Dust can be used offensively. Impact and heat resistant. Not particularly large, as it contains only enough powder to refill Ova twice, at most. History- Born to a nomadic tribe that dared traverse the Vytal continent, the boy was given his name Crash after his father accidentally knocked over a tent the day after he was born. The belief that he would turn out clumsy like his father didn't entirely come true. However, his destructive nature may have stemmed from the interesting naming choice. The harsh nature of nomadic life didn't spare Crash. He was exposed to Grimm at a young age and was expected to combat them like the other men. Once he was of age, of course. But until then he was trained. His father, Distal, taught him how to get strong and how to fight with basic weapons. Due to the reclusive nature of the tribe, they lacked the technology to create more powerful weapons. However, as a compensation of such, they had been using raw Dust to fight in dire situations. An archaic and rare form of combat, but a powerful one. Like the rest of the warriors, Crash was trained in the art. While he was acceptable in physical combat, enough so to combat his father at only thirteen years old, it was the use of Dust that made him stand out the most. His skill and control surpassed even the elders. Around the time he began training in using Dust he discovered his Semblance, which the rest of the tribe believes is the reason his use of raw Dust exceeds the other warriors' abilities. At fourteen he was finally allowed to hunt and fight Grimm alongside the adults. They did little to terrify him, as he grew up under their threat. In fact, he proved himself to be a rather strong fighter. Though it also became apparent that Crash was still inexperienced, despite his skill. More so in his judgments than his fighting. But over time, the experience came to him. Despite his rather humble lifestyle, being that nomads didn't have any luxury or convenience, Crash turned out to have a rather energetic personality that sharply contrasted with the rest of the tribe. The generally somber nature of the tribe made him stand out just by looking. Though his father was the most similar in personality and the two had a tight bond. At nineteen he was considered the strongest warrior of the nomadic tribe. One day, after packing up a makeshift village following a Grimm attack, the tribe stumbled upon Vale. While the rest of the tribe opted to avoid the Kingdom, as the entire reason they didn't live in such a place was to preserve their old way of life, Crash was curious and ventured into the city. He was fascinated by what he saw, particularly the technology. His education was minimal outside of combat, hunting, and agriculture, so he was relatively unaware of the differences between the kingdoms and the nomadic tribes. Likewise, the locals of Vale were stunned by him and his habits. In all of a day, Crash was heavily influenced by modern lifestyle. It was during this day that he "obtained" his weapon, Ova. He simply grabbed the device from a store after witnessing children playing with a rubber ball, mistaking Ova for such a toy. This is also where he received his clothes as depicted in the picture above. Though, he always had the scarf. This venture into the city did not please his tribe once he returned to their camp the next day. An Elder claimed that the reason they never settle down in a place like Vale was that such establishments were doomed to be overrun by Grimm eventually. The way of life was to keep moving. Little did the tribe know how accurate the prediction was. When the vast armies of Grimm approached Vale and Beacon, Crash's tribe was still nearby and were able to watch the onslaught from a safe distance. Upon seeing the fleeing airship containing the Beacon survivors, Crash took it upon himself to find the survivors. He demanded the Elders let him leave to assist in their survival, saying it was the courtesy that all men should have toward one another. There was little debate before they decided to let him leave. Distal, his father, told Crash that they would be just fine and that he could follow the stars to find them once he assisted the Beacon survivors. With only the stars to guide him and the direction the ship travelled memorized, Crash set out to find the people on board with the intent to save them. Personality- As his name suggests, Crash has a rather energetic personality and a bad habit of collateral damage in many of the things he does. Even simple things such as handling dishware. Though he isn't exactly hyper, he has an inability to sit still for extended lengths of time. While he can be considered an imbecile at times, especially due to his lack of formal education, his nomadic lifestyle has granted him a surprising wisdom that can show itself on certain occasions. While he doesn't particularly hate or fear Grimm, he does feel a passion in protecting people. That passion drives him to defeat Grimm, despite his own indifference toward them. Crash loves to make jokes or make things humorous, but his sense of humor is almost never accepted as humor. AKA: he makes bad jokes that he somehow finds amusing. Sociable and expressive, it can be said that with Crash, you either love him for his simplicity or you hate him for his foolishness. Fighting Style- Crash is a mixed bag when it comes to his fighting style. His physical prowess makes him a threat up close. His rare practice of utilizing raw Dust also makes him dangerous at range. And of course his unique weapon adds even more versatility and unpredictability to his offense. Thanks to those two combat traits, Crash takes a hyper-offensive fighting style, putting little regard to his defense. The keys to his victory lie in his ability to overwhelm foes through the sheer power of his Dust utilization, but he can put up quite the fistfight in a pinch.
