[b]Relic Description:[/b] The relic is a gem necklace he wears around his neck. It glows when it has energy stored in it.

The Relic itself is somewhat unique, and this uniqueness also explains his mentality. It allows him to see energy, and through seeing it he can manipulate it. Any form of energy, though this alteration of his brain chemistry has also altered his personality making him more egotistical and irrational. Whether this is why there aren't more relics like it or it is a side affect off him not being from the Old Kingdom is naturally, unclear.

However while he can see and alter energy he cannot create it. His relic only possesses enough of its own energy to allow him to see energy and draw it into the relic. Typically he does this through physical contact with another living being to take its life force. Though so far he has only perfected this through physical contact, no touching a chain touching someone else his palm has to be firmly affixed to them and for more than a few seconds. If he does not do this and over taxes his relic it begins to drain his own life force causing him to age rapidly.

In terms of manipulating energy this leaves a myriad of abilities available to him. Though to learn them he needs to observe someone performing them for a long period of time, or alternatively study the relic itself. Though thankfully due to his ability to view energy he can see relic users in amongst a crowd of normal people. 
[b]Flaws:[/b] Egotistical, arrogant, hard to hide amongst a crowd, recognisable facial scar, relic glows when powered, no more than average physical prowess, no real discernible military/combat training.

[b]Biography:[/b] Kheris was a advisor in the royal Othea court from a young age, by that he was born into nobility coming from a long line of advisers to the throne. At a young age he was working in the grand library of his family, which some said was even greater than that which was present in the palace itself. Here he would spend hours and hours poring over books, gathering the occasional one for his father
