I do have a question, why does the circus often have police coming after them? They're just like every other circus in the world- full of freaks
Maybe it has to do with Bobo almost scaring people to death

Probably. ^.^ I see it as people offended with the freaks showing their very faces. The police are after them because they are different, like in today's society, their are a lot of people being harassed because they are different. They won't ALWAYS have police after them though.
