Name: Henry J. Olin Age: 26 Gender: Yes. Codename: Hannibal Power: Henry is a large, and very, very physically strong meta human. While not as strong as those with super strength, he is capable lifting well over one thousand pounds. While not armored like a crocodile, his skin is still fairly tough and leathery, more so than a humans at least, and his scales are very much like that of a sharks, almost like backwards facing teeth that reduce drag in the water and make his skin fairly rough or sharp when dragging your hand across it the wrong way. He is a very agile creature by nature, flexible, acrobatic almost. He is able to bend and jump and move from place to pace at an incredible pace, his reptilian body being very good at navigating aquatic and forest areas. His senses are very well tuned and more power than any humans. He has a regenerative healing factor that allows him to regrow full limbs if they are lost, not just his tail. Henry has most of the abilities of amphibians, lizards, snakes, and birds. A bacteria infested bite, claws, a nasty set of triple rowed teeth (some shark like, others more crocodilian), regenerative properties (able to regenerate limbs after a while), a very powerful form color change (Not invisibility, but damn close), and some other weird things thrown in there. It has been said that he potentially has the ability to shift to the female gender and then back to male, although this is largely unknown as nobody wants to go up to him and say "Hey, become a girl!" because he probably doesn't know how exactly to do that (and it's not like they know what he looks like besides hearing his voice), and he'd probably kill you in your sleep. He also has the ability to breath in water through his skin like a frog, and... well, in another way which he nor I want to discuss. You want to know how? Look up how Irwin's turtles do it. He also has the ability to crawl around on walls like that of Spiderman, due to the fact his hands and feet have little hairs on their soles, like that of a Gecko's, allowing him to stick to most substances with great ease. Henry has a very powerful set of senses (hearing, sight, and smell, etc). Especially smell. He has two ways of smelling the air, which is through his noes and then through his tongue like a snake. Also like a snake, he has two pits right in front of his eyes that allow him to heat seek like a viper. His blood also has displayed a much lower pH than that of regular blood, making it unsurvivable for most diseases, and will denature protein based compounds such as venom to the point where they function at a less potent effect, or simply do not function at all depending on the lethality of the venom. Henry also has an incredible ability to alter his biological strengths and weaknesses over the duration of a battle or effect. He can become stronger at the cost of agility and speed, or fast at the cost of strength, more observant, more emotionally driven, tougher, etc at the cost of various other strengths. This ability is mentally driven, and can be changed several times at will if he desires, making his fighting style neigh impossible to read at times. Appearance: Henry is big. At full height, he's damned closer to 8 feet tall than any other human has ever been, and he's probably in Goliath's weight class at nearly eight hundred pounds. Henry is still humanoid when standing upright, having a torso and even a faint mark of a belly button (although it appears to be...sealing over...). Assuming he's completely naked (normally he wears some special clothing that was designed for him at the institution, changes with his skin color and shit). Henry's skin is leathery in one direction and rough like sandpaper in others, his skin being like hat of a shark's- made of tiny teeth which change coloration on command. His arms and legs are also quite thick: every inch of Henry's frame is taut with muscle; he is visibly the strongest person around-if you were to call him a person at this point. Henry's mouth and jaw have extended outwards as his head has become a snout with his transformation, his nose and face broadening outwards. He is entirely unrecognizable as the man once known as Henry Olin; now, he just looks like some freakish thing that crawled up out of the sewers. He has a long, thick tail, which is prehensile, and extremely strong and powerful. It tends to either curl up like a chameleons or drag along the ground like an iguanas, helping his massive frame balance more easily, but comes up and off the ground when he walks on all fours. Henry's hands have mutated heavily, his fingers elongating and growing huge three inch claws. With one, his pinky, becoming a rough nub, seeming to be degrading away leaving him with only four usable fingers. His feet have already fully morphed into three-toed Raptor like feet. One of his claws capable of extending like that of a cat's claw and releasing a huge sickle claw nine inches in total length. Henry's attire-well, let's just say he's not getting into any normal clothing stores anymore. Due to one of his abilities normal clothes become a hinderance over anything else, and he prefers either going naked, which he can do and still keep is PG, or wear his special leather like getup, which is pats and a leather like jacket, which warps with his skin. Personality: Hannibal is not someone you want to meet in a dark alley. He's big, he's intimidating, and every operative that has ever met him knows he is not only that, but damn smart too. He did not fit any known psychological profile when being tested, though few have classified him as a "pure sociopath". However, unlike subjects with sociopathy, Hannibal did not exhibit pleasure from killing, which would have resulted in an accelerated heart rate. This was proven when Hannibal viciously assassinated and then partially consumed a target (earning his Codename). During this, his heart rate was noted to have never exceeded 85 beats per minute. When he killed two thugs in a struggle, his heart rate did not exceed 90; the heightened rate of 90 was due to the exertion of beating one of the officers to death with his own arm. Hannibal has simply described himself as being evil, stating that psychiatry is "puerile", and wrong to categorize different kinds of evil as different behavioral conditions. Henry then supported this by stating that the inconsistencies in his behavior were traits of pure unadulterated evil, and that he did not possess a behavioral abnormality. To people like Citrine, he is unreadable with Empathy vision. Hannibal's unique intellect and memory was the product of a well-developed mnemonic discipline. The young Henry was taught this discipline by his psychology tutor growing up for school. This ability has allowed Hannibal to read entire books and transcripts of interviews with patients. This earned him a doctrine in anatomy before he received Quartz. Hannibal does posses a side to him that is capable of processing humor, and it has been stated that it is dark, foreboding, sarcastic, and clever. Most never see this side of him due to his sheer aura and intimidating personality. He's a hell of a man, honestly, and an insanely good team mate and strategist if given the chance to be one, but he's not someone you want to trust with your kids, or anyone you hold close to you. He's a scary person, and very capable of making 'friends' for dinner. Do not show weakness around him, because he doesn't care who you are and what rank you may be. His list is a mile long. One more name wont make a difference. He is a rabid wolf capable of disguising itself in sheep's wool and while he is capable of coexisting with everyone around him and even thriving to everyone else, he is mentally creating a contingency plan for his contingency plan or, he's making a plan to kill everyone in the room should he feel the need, or want, to do so. Strengths and Weaknesses: Hannibal is gargantuan, and is capable of incredible feats of flexibility, agility, strength, and has the intelligence to back up his body's power, making him one of the most dangerous men to have ever lived. His ability to transform into another form better adapted in a situation by situation basis makes him that much more versatile and deadly. Hannibal essentially has made himself the jack of all trades in a survival or combat situation. Most people, when they first see him think he is just the muscle, and underestimate him. And he plays this off beautifully because he is as warped and evil on the inside as the serial killer he has been named after. His reptilian body has made him incredibly durable and tough as nails. He can work through loosing major body parts. He is incredibly adaptable in survival situations, capable of breathing underwater and climbing nearly any surface imaginable. He's so big that most forms of martial art don't work right on him, and even if they did, his body has become immune to pressure points and with his ability to go without oxygen for up to fifteen minutes without passing out (Holding his breath for even longer) things like choke holds, if you even manage to get him in one, are not very effective means of killing him. He can play dead extremely well, and is able to lower his heart rate on command should he choose to to the point where it becomes undetectable to most BPM devices. Hannibal's shown to be a lot like a cockroach and nearly unkillable, for lack of better wording, without completely obliterating him. For some more physically able than even himself, while he might not be able fight them, he will certainly find a way of being capable of surviving whatever onslaught they throw in his direction. Henry is a threat. No arguments. He is as dangerous to his own team as his is to the enemies, meaning he's almost not worth having around if he wasn't so damn useful. His brutality and lack for general care of his own wellbeing make him one of the most ferocious things you'll ever lay eyes on, and his nasty habit of consuming his kills makes him so much more threatening to everyone around him. Very few people even trust him, let alone trust him enough to play medic on them and sew them back together, despite being very capable of doing so. People have never actually seen him go into a state of fighting to survive, or in other words, they've never seen his heart rate go higher than 100 BPM. It is undoubtable he would most likely not be able to tell, and if he could, not care, who was friend or foe. No one wants to be caught in the dark with a cold and uncaring hired killer who will not only beat them to hell, but eat them alive while he's at it. Hannibal, while potentially one of the greatest threats to a human life the Obsidian industry has ever produced, is also at one of the greatest weaknesses in todays modern world. With how against Superhumans the world is today, people like Henry stick out like a sore thumb and effectively need to stay out of sight, or operate where people wont see them. Hannibal is extremely adept at this, but the threat of being discovered and stalled long enough for the world to catch up to him is forever looming on the horizon, with some of his abilities, like an adaptive beast form being more dangerous to his own wellbeing than helpful due to the environment he is always subject too. History: EXTREMELY CLASSIFIED [REDACTED BY DR. ██████] Other: His arsenal is usually limited to his claws and teeth, but he is seen here and now with a L115A3 AWM sniper rifle, depending on if he's hungry, or if he wants to get his clothes dirty that day.
