Well it looks like the guild is, at least in some capacity, back up. 

I took the opportunity during the downtime to re-write the IC intros as I wasn't totally happy with them; the rewrites aren't entirely done, but the first few definitely are. There is enough content to allow the IC to get going. 

First up, Human, Abyss, Frigid Scar and Garden of Filth Rivals. Tomorrow will see the next round, including Eternal Judgement, the Sea of Stars, The Labyrinth, Mirror of the Wind, The Wraith Lands, The Wastes, The Chain Realm and The Verdance. 

If you have a particular desire for your Rival post to be pushed out [i][b]sooner[/i][/b] let me know, and i'll jump you up on the rewrite queue. If you already have an opener plot, and don't need one right away, let me know too so I can give priority to those who want a rival interaction from the outset.
