Imput what you want the character to do.

I.E. 
Open door and walk outside.

Still are still at.

You wake from your bed, what do you do? 

Simply stuff, you can even say Look around, or Look *input at object here* , or even try to do something with a object.

Pick up *input at object here* or hell you can try stuff like that on anything I draw, or mention.
