Based on what I've seen so far, the Iscandarians are the largest empire/nation that has ships [i]EVERYWHERE.[/i]

Certainly there has to be a limit? To contact almost every nation the moment they begin to search for everyone else is like being the Supremes, except bigger and with more people and ships.

In fact, based on what I've seen from before, I should make a nation very similar to those peoples and technologies from [i]The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy,[/i] since the [i]Infinite Improbability Drive[/i] will be the only thing more improbable than the Iscandarians.
