I appreciate the apology, but there is really nothing to be sorry about, because I haven't explained what I did to you. Through past roleplays, I have realized that, if we want to make any real progress, we either have to 1: discuss the RP as it continues so that we can write what the other person/people are doing as we post, 2: skip around carefully so that we can spend more time on certain sections and skip over useless events which don't develop the characters, or 3: assume that the other character does something and have our character react to it. Now, if I assume that Vi does anything specifically, like she says "cars are dumb," that's powerplaying, which is a roleplayer sin. Instead, I leave vague "unfinished points" where I assume that your character will do something without saying what she does. It would be nice for you to try to do it for Vandal as well, that way we won't have as many static or choppy conversations, and so we can accomplish more each post, because we have a rather slow post cycle right now. And, if you want to do something that I did not anticipate, just ignore what I assumed and write your character's actions, form-fitting what I posted to your character's new actions. For example, if I wrote that Vi said something here and Vandal paused to wait for her, watching her speak, but you want Vi to zone out and stare at a stranger, clearly Vandal won't wait for her to talk again. He will ask her what she is looking at, or will try to find out for himself. Just try not to change anything significantly enough to change the following events. We don't want stuff getting too complicated here.
