[b]How Turns Work[/b]
[indent] Turns approximate the passing of one season or so in game time. A lot can happen in one single turn-I will post something like this to at the start of a new turn (about once a week depending on player dedication) If you miss a turn, that's not good for anyone so let us know if you are away please.[/indent]

[b]Season One, of the year 3901, Turn 1[/b]

Intro to the turn. Some fluffy flavory stuff written by me, your host.

[b][u]Finances[/u][/b]

You've got a city to run and it's expensive. I will post a break-down of the cities finances for example:

[b]Office of the Coin[/b]
The Office of the Coin reports directly to the council on the state of our economy.

City Assets: (The amount of Assets our players have. City assets are not deducted from player assets. Assets reset yearly and cannot accumulate beyond the total number of player assets)

Expenses: Standing Militia, e.x. 2 Assets per season
Energy Costs paid to Madame Vol of Estate Power, 1 Asset per season
Research for Better Energy Weapons etc. etc., per season. 

[b][u]News of the Greater Lands[/u][/b]

SO and So did such and such. Some people like it. Some others don't. This information represents info gleaned from the wider Nets traffic, travelors passing through Dakhen and intercepted messages. (yes, the government does that)

Thankfully, our High Council has not ruined us yet. Any new NPCs, Faction activity or general disasters will be posted here.

This is for rumours, gossip and general news. Some vignettes may be included. Messages directed at the council will be posted here as well.

[center][b]How you should post your turn orders[/b][/center]

[indent]Write your character name at the top of every post...This will save my life. Write FIRST POST at the top of your first post for the turn.[/indent]
[indent][b]First[/b] Tell me what your character is doing this season. Tell me how many assets you want to use in order to accomplish those tasks. If your not sure about how many assets you might need to do something, use a range like 1-4 , for example: I want to spy on the Temple of Tallus to see if they are really a bunch of anarchists. Spend 1-3 assets on bribes, and for hiring a man to infiltrate the Priesthood. You might not need all of those assets to accomplish the task, so it's not as if they are wasted. A good rule of thumb is to spend big on those tasks you think are really important.[/indent]

[indent][b]Second[/b] Tell me who you are talking to this season. I don't care how you write this up as long as you stick to the tone of the RP. The sun is dying so keep the narrative bleak please. You can write messages, meet with councilors in the Citadel etc. Give speeches to the masses over the net.[/indent] 

Finally, make a spoiler with your character stats at the bottom of your FIRST POST for the turn. Take into account any assets you have spent for that turn with a description of what they were spent on. 

Because this is a turn based game with a week in between seasons, I see no reason for characters to carry on conversations for the duration of the turn.
