I remade Rin today with a completely new kekkei genkai that kinda puts him in a psuedo support/long ranged attacker role. I added all of his clans jutsu just so you have an idea of some other jutsu he can potentially learn through the rp.

[b][i]Known history and secrets:[/i][/b] Trained since he was a young lad by his clan elders, Rin had all the makings of a fine young prodigy. The only problem was that Rin, a young social butterfly, much preferred to spend his time with friends from the academy than training his ninjutsu. It was nearly impossible to get him to sit still and train, but when he did he showed exceptional skill with his ninjutsu. The elders wanted him to hone this skill at a young age, setting him up for a bright future as a shinobi, but the young, hyperactive social butterfly didn't like the idea of sitting inside training all day at all. That wasn't to say he didn't love learning the jutsu of his clan or attending academy lessons, but he could only take so much learning before he needed to run around playing ninja with his friends.

The Kisaragi clan have always been set in the old ways; a proud family that encourages clan members breeding within themselves in order to keep the bloodline pure. Rin was not born this way. His father fell in love with a regular kunoichi and as such he and his family were shunned by the rest of the clan. Even though Rin has shown more talent than any other member of the clan in his generation, he is still tormented by the rest of his family for being of unclean blood. He's very sensitive to the subject and quite protective of his mother and father; known to attack clan members that speak ill of them.

Rin is very attached to one of the clan elders, a man named Hayate Kisaragi, who has always shown kindness to the young boy and has been training him ever since he graduated the academy. Hayate appreciates the way Rin learns, giving him as much space he needs to wind down and get focussed. While this does make training him rather slow, it is proving to be effective as Rin continues to show exceptional progress with his ninjutsu coupled with his Jounin sensei's teachings.

[hider=Kisaragi Ichizoku][b][i]Clan Origins:[/i][/b] The Kisaragi clan are one of the more discreet families of the land of snow. They are well known, but not enough to be of any real significance to the country. They've always sided with the Himura clan on matters regarding the village and continue to share a healthy connection with the Himura family. Even now they do uphold very old traditions, the most questionable being the clan elders encouragement to inbreed in order to maintain the purity of their Kekkei Genkai, which is slowly becoming more renowned throughout the village. While the clan does support the village as much as they can, they are unusually secretive of their jutsu. While most consider it fair for them to want to keep their secrets hidden, it is a bit much that they are very against outsiders. No one who is of unpure blood is able to step inside their clans household. This is the reason why Rin and his family don't live with the rest of the clan, since Rin's father married into someone who wasn't of the clan. There was even a large argument as to whether or not they would teach Rin their jutsu at all, certain elders fearing that it would be tainted by his unclean blood, but Hayate insisted that he deserved the right to use their jutsu.

The clan keeps many secrets from the village and in turn is regarded with much suspician by some of the villagers. However most don't seem to mind their discreetness, as long as they continue to support the village like they always have. The clan is very proud, and have full reign over the punishment of any Shinobi from their clan that steps out of line. It is not unknown for the Kisaragi elders to carry out the execution of any clan member who commits crimes against the village. There is no tolerance for anyone who brings shame to the proud Kisaragi name.

[b][i]Kekkei Genkai:[/i][/b] Members of the Kisaragi bloodline limit are born with naturally adept Chakra Control. As a result many of the clan members go on to study medical ninjutsu at a younger age than normal. However the main bloodline limit of the clan is their ability to turn their chakra into an unstable matter known as Hoshikuzu (Stardust). Hoshikuzu chakra is a very unstable form of energy that absolutely requires chakra control in order to be wielded without backfiring upon the user. The chakra appears silver with hints of bright white flickering throughout it. 

[b][i]Hidden Jutsu:[/b][/i] Members of the Kisaragi clan are ninjutsu specialists that utilize the unstable Hoshikuzu chakra for deadly explosive attacks as well as defensive utility. The Hoshikuzu hidden jutsu usually take the form of projectile based attacks that compress the unstable chakra and release it; allowing it to quickly unstabilize as it flies through the air before erupting. The clan is mostly caster based, so there are several Hoshikuzu jutsu that allow for a solid defense to protect them against opponents who try and close the distance.

When the tools are thrown or the weapon strikes, the chakra erupts into a small blast that damages enemies caught within it. Other objects such as pebbles can also be charged and turned into deadly projectiles.
[u]Weakness:[/u] Ninja tools need to be thrown quickly once charged with chakra. If they are not discarded and the user is still holding them after a while the chakra will unstabilize and erupt in the users hand which can cause serious damage. Ninja tools are also damaged when they erupt, so they cannot be reused.

They are then able to fire this orb at a moderate speed like a bullet, puncturing the first target it hits before erupting into a small blast that damages anyone caught within it. The jutsu only requires one hand, so more skilled members can fire two at once from each hand.
[u]Weakness:[/u] The chakra being built up is clearly visible and the projectile is very small and easy to avoid. As a direct offense, it is a very weak jutsu but it interacts well with other Hoshikuzu jutsu.

[u]Description:[/u] Members of the Kisaragi clan specialise in ninjutsu, and while more experienced members have learnt some form of taijutsu or kenjutsu to protect them from close quarter battles, younger members need to rely solely on their ninjutsu to fend off attackers that try to get close to them. Void Star is a jutsu that creates orbs of Hoshikuzu chakra that orbit around the caster that will erupt when an enemy comes too close to the caster. This jutsu is perfect for making those who like to fight up close and personal reconsider coming near the caster. A fully trained Jounin is capable of creating 12 of these orbs and can orbit them around themselves at a high speed.
[u]Weakness:[/u] Younger members can only create a maximum of 3 orbs, and they orbit rather slowly. The orbs only erupt when an enemy comes into 1 meter of them, so quick enemies can slip between the gaps to strike their opponent. Additionally, because the orbs are made from unstable Hoshizuku chakra, a clever enemy can throw Shuriken or Kunai first at the orbs to erupt them before moving into the defenseless caster. The blast is small and the orbs circulate about 3 meters away from the caster, so they will not be caught in the blast.

[u]Weakness:[/u] Using this jutsu offensively is very risky, as the users body is charged with unstable chakra for the duration and even the slightest direct attack from any enemy can set off the chakra to deal heavy damage to the caster. This is mainly used as an escape mechanism to help the caster reposition themselves in battle to use their jutsu from a safe location. This can't be used for very long as after prolonged exposure to the unstable chakra the muscles of the body start to suffer.

[u]Description:[/u] A variation of Hoshikuzu; Ryuusei no Jutsu. Chakra is gathered in the same way as the Shooting Star Jutsu, but instead or releasing it as a projectile the user applies exceptional chakra control to create a sharp, deadly laser of chakra from their fingertips which can be used to cut through most objects. Like the first variation, it only requires one hand so a very skilled member can create two at once.
[u]Weakness:[/u] While the jutsu isn't too difficult to perform, it is hard to maintain. The Hoshikuzu chakra needs to be perfectly stabilized for a laser to be formed, otherwise it will just erupt like other jutsu. Additionally the chakra needs to be stabilized when the jutsu is released to prevent an eruption of energy when cancelling the jutsu. A simple jutsu for younger members to learn, but requiring much more experience to master.

[u]Description:[/u] The kisaragi clan member uses their natural chakra control to compress a moderate to large amount of chakra into an orb the size of a soccer ball and then releases it to their desired destination. The orb moves at a moderate speed and does absolutely nothing. It will just continue to move and bounce off of any obstacle it comes into contact with until the chakra dissipates. This jutsu needs to be used in conjunction with Stardust; Shooting Star Jutsu to have any effect. At any time during the Antimatter Ball's lifespan, the caster can shoot it with the projectile of the Shooting Star Jutsu to set off an intense reaction; causing a large explosion that deals heavy damage to anyone caught within it.
[u]Weakness:[/u] Because it requires two jutsu to be effective, it can be quite draining on a younger members chakra to pull off; but the results are worth it. Enemies may need to be kept in place with a paralysis jutsu of some kind, otherwise they can easily move away from the orb.

[u]Description:[/u] The user utilizes their Hoshizuku chakra to create a stabilized wall of energy that curves inwards to provide cover in front of them and above them. Enemy projectiles and attacks are deflected off the barrier while it is maintained. Young members need to continuously control their chakra through the barrier to maintain it's stability, while more experienced members can maintain it naturally, allowing them to cast other jutsu from behind it. This is actually the secret strength of the Stardust Barrier. Any projectiles, this includes ninjutsu, that are thrown through the barrier will be immedietely energized with Touch of the Cosmos, gaining increased projectile speed and erupting upon impact. This adds extra utility to the casters own jutsu as well as any allies with projectile based jutsu such as the Fireball Jutsu.
[u]Weakness:[/u] The jutsu only provides cover in one direction and the barrier cannot be moved. Multiple barriers can be created and maintained, but this is incredibly taxing on even the most skilled ninja's chakra. Excellent chakra control is needed to stabilize the chakra, preventing the barrier from erupting.

[u]Weakness[/u]: Unlike other clone jutsu, these clones lack any utility whatsoever. They also can't be used for deception because thay are only remnants of the caster, not actual clones. They appear translucent, filled with Hoshikuzu chakra.[/u]

[u]Description:[/u] A stronger variation of Comet Run. The user energizes their body with such an intense burst of unstable chakra that for a very brief moment they are able to move at such high speeds that they appear to have teleported.
[u]Weakness:[/u] A very risky jutsu that requires near perfect chakra control. The unstable chakra is so intense that this cannot be used offensively at all, as the momentum given to the user's attack with this jutsu is so greate that the chakra will erupt inside of the caster as soon as they even try to attack. This can only be used as mobility and has a very intense strain upon the muscles of the body as the unstable chakra tries to eat away at them to be released. Multiple Comet Steps in a short period of time can permentantly damage the body beyond repair. The most any clan member has been able to use has been 3 Comet Steps in a short period of time, but the vast majority of peoples bodies can barely sustain one.

[u]Description:[/u] Unlike other Hoshikuzu jutsu that compress and release unstable chakra, Constellation Spark just releases unstable chakra to directly strike an enemy. As a result, the Hoshikuzu chakra takes on the effect of electricity when fired at the desired target. Upon contact, the target is slightly damaged but takes a severe hit to his nervous system; paralysing them momentarily. What makes this jutsu so effective however is how the chakra surges through it's target, entering it's body and then quickly leaving to find a new conduit. The chakra jumps from enemy to enemy, dealing damage and paralysing. With each bounce the effect diminishes until the chakra completely dissipates.
[u]Weakness: Because the jutsu doesn't compress chakra the damage inflicted is very minimal. The range appears small, but this is actually quite deceptive. Enemies can be hit as far as 20 meters back if there are enough enemies in between them and the first target for the chakra to bounce to. Being able to release unstable chakra in it's raw form is a very advanced skill in the Kisaragi clan. The user needs to be careful they don't release the chakra into a wave of enemies where their allies are fighting, as their allies can also be a conduit.

[u]Description:[/u] Releases a pulsating wave of raw Hoshikuzu chakra that seeks out ninja tools and stabilizes within them. After all ninja tools in an area have been charged with this chakra, it begins to unstabilize and the tools begin to vibrate. After a few moments the chakra erupts, destroying all ninja tools it came into contact with. This also effects weapons such as katana. Another use of this jutsu is that it can also disrupt and destroy electronic devices such as monitors or security cameras. Due to members of the Kisaragi clan being ninjutsu based, this jutsu was created to help give them the upper hand against opponents that utilized strong melee weapons and ninja tools to prevent them from attacking the clan user with weapons.
[u]Weakness:[/u] It takes quite a bit of chakra to pull off, as well as immense chakra control to stabilize the chakra at such a range. It does take a moment for the chakra to erupt after it begins to unstabilize, so quick enemies can discard their ninja tools before any serious damage is dealt to them.

The caster energizes the ground around them with unstable Hoshizuku Chakra, causing what looks to be electrical currents to circulate around them. Anyone other than the caster that steps foot on this area will have the unstable chakra run through their bodies, dealing minimal damage and paralysing them until the chakra diminishes.
[u]Weakness[/u]: Requires a lot of chakra to cast in a large area, allies can also be paralyzed if not placed carefully. It spreads slowly when cast, giving enemies a chance to get out of the area before it catches them.

[u]Description:[/u] A deadlier variation of Stardust; Antimatter Ball that combines it with Stardust; Cosmic Beam. The user compresses a large amount of chakra within a small orb. The unstable chakra is so intense that the orb vibrates vigourosly in the hands of the caster, trying to escape it's container. The user twists and rotates the chakra inside the ball similar to that of how the rasengan is produced before throwing it out at their desired location. As it flies, the twisting energy breaks the surface of the ball in various locations along the sphere; creating deadly sharp beams of energy in multiple directions as it flies. When shot with the Shooting Star Jutsu, it will erupt into a much larger explosion than the original jutsu.
[u]Weakness:[/u] Takes a while to prepare the chakra and if the chakra isn't contained perfectly it will backfire and erupt upon the user. the buildup of chakra is pretty obvious, and while the jutsu is better in closed off areas, casting it with allies nearby is impossible. Quite a taxing jutsu to use as well.

[u]Description:[/u] A deadly jutsu requiring almost godlike Chakra Control, passed down the Kisaragi clan for generations and forever kept hidden in fear that it fall into the wrong hands. Not known to many people, but those who do know of it are glad that it is kept hidden away. In the hands of a powerful ninja, Molecular Prime has the ability to wipe out an entire village. The user gathers an immense amount of chakra and perfectly moulds it into their body. Only a ninja with the exceptional chakra control of a trained medical ninja is even capable of containing the level of unstable chakra needed to use this jutsu. The user then directly strikes their target with one blow, releasing the chakra into their body and disrupting every cell. The jutsu hinders their ability to mould chakra, the unstable energy directly affecting the chakra system. They can still move and attack normally, but the person affected with Molecular Prime should not try and fight. The next attack from any source that hits the person affected with the jutsu will detonate the intense chakra stored within them into a violent explosion that spreads Hoshikuzu Chakra around the area.

This is where the deadliness of the jutsu comes to play, as all the chakra that was spread from the original infected person will now stabilize itself within anyone who was caught in the blast; applying Molecular Prime to them as well. If the user continues to land attacks on everyone infected they can set off a chain of deadly explosions that will continue until there is no one left to infect.
[u]Weakness;[/u] The deadliness of the jutsu is not the only reason why it is forbidden. Many things can happen that will cause the jutsu to fail and it was ultimately forbidden because it was extremely unlikely that anyone could pull it off safely. For starters, having that much unstable chakra inside your body has a similar effect to that of Comet Step. It will rapidly try and tear apart the body unless you get it out of you quickly. Without perfect control the chakra will just unstabilize inside you and tear you apart, and even with perfect control the slightest attack from any enemy can disrupt the chakra and set it off inside the caster. Obviously one main weakness is the range. You need direct contact with your target which proves difficult for a clan mainly consisting of long ranged attackers. Molecular Prime can also affect allies when it erupts.[/hider]
