For Greece:
Welcome to the CSTO, we assume you'll find the post soviet sphere to be of your liking.

For the US:
We would like to inform you that Turkey as refused to help us dealing with muslim extremists and in fact has sent us a diplomatic cable that would indicate they support these extremists. We ask you to please rein them in and get them to help us fighting terrorism. If Turkey continues its actions we may have no choice but to take actions to prevent them from supporting terrorism.
