Kevin spun about as he heard the slight peep of a soft voice off in some other corner of the room. He leaned over the back of his chair to get a closer look at him. It occurred to Kevin that he hadn't even noticed the arrival of this one. The nature of his augmentations fine tuned his senses, but this boy had completely slipped by without his notice. "I guess I really do need those next phases, huh? he mumbled to himself with slight dejection. He watched with keen interest as Limbo introduced himself, following it up by his vanishing act. Another shadow manipulator? At least the surprise had worn off the second time, but Roxy hadn't actually taken the time to demonstrate it as this guy did. Her powers could be completely different, for all he knew. It at last came to be Kevin's turn to introduce himself. "Hey y'all. I'm Kevin Hutchins. I'd love to wrap things up there, as I don't think I'm such a big deal, but I suppose I gotta give you more to go on, huh?" he smiled. "Look, I'd love to show off my powers and all, but I just can't think of any way to demonstrate them without breaking all the nice furniture you guys have in here, heh." he explained as he rubbed the back of his neck. After a moment of thought, he snapped his fingers, indicating that an idea had come to him, then stood up. He then proceeded to recite the entirety of the Battle Hymn of the Republic with lightning swiftness, compressing what would have ordinarily taken about five minutes into what felt like just one, without taking a single breath or slipping up even once. Despite the ridiculousness of how his horrible rendition sounded, he remained entirely straight faced. When a moment passed after the completion of his "singing", he finally burst into laughter. "Haha, hoh boy, really sorry about the assault on your ears there. But it's the best I could think of! You see, I've been given superhuman endurance, strength, speed, and so on. Very hard to get me winded, as shown by my butchering of that song. I'm a short ass, I know, but just never challenge me to an arm wrestle, that's all I'm saying." he explained, then spread a broad grin. "I'm looking forward to working with each and every one of you." he concluded as he sat back down.
