Name: Laraxis Valco Age: 28 Power:  -- Technopathic Perception Laraxis can see the blueprints and foundations for any existing or fragmented and broken technology. This requires him to have a physical connection with the machinery to see its origins, however. He can also piece together all sorts of advanced technology and read electrical signals off it (like mind reading for computers), but cannot manipulate it beyond that.  Appearance: His platinum blond hair is half an inch short on the sides and back with his two inch bangs lightly gelled off his forehead. Coupled with snowy white skin, Laraxis looks incredibly pale. A thin line of smokey eyeliner lines the underside of his eyelids, highlighting his crystal blue eyes. He is of average height with an athletic build, often seen with small gold gauges among other piercings along his ear and gold rings adorning three of his fingers. His usually wears a custom-tailored one-shouldered monk outfit made out of molten grey fabric embroidered with shiny gold design.  Personality: in a couple words, Laraxis is a ticking time-bomb. Despite all his talk of  one-with-the-Universe and meditation, he's the most bipolar, eccentric man you'll ever meet. One moment he'll be calm and kind, the next completely livid. Or simply crazy. He's a hypocrite to his own words, and you'd never hear him apologize for it, or for anything really. He has high expectations of everyone, and when those aren't met he never considers what he asks to be impossible. The blame is always on others. But he knows how to inspire confidence, and this makes up for some of his other aspects. History: Coming across a dimension free of almost all supernatural elements, Laraxis immediately saw an opportunity. The amount of fear put toward super terrorists (he laughed at this, coming from a world where superheroes were embraced) could easily be used against them. With less to get in the way, he set about getting his hands on the Operatives, and for the next two years he learned everything he could about them. There wasn't much, most of the research was obliterated in Obsidian's explosion. But Laraxis found what he needed, and waited until the time was right to begin phase two.
