Niall Quinn had been waiting for this moment all week. He had finally written a letter to the ICC safe houses, and posted it off that morning. He was eagerly awating a respnse, as this could be a turning point for their independence.

I understand that we have common interests, none of us like the EC's control of the British Isles. I suggest that we make an alliance, and strive to remove them from the British Isles.
