So i thought i'd add some more info about the liquid Ido generates. 

Liquid state density: 5g/cm^3 
Solid state density: 10g/cm^3 (about the same as lead)
Solid state hardness: 2 on the Mohs scale

Is this fine? Since you accepted him under the condition of Kzich stopping a 9mm bullet in a 4 inch layer, i figured that if it would shrink into a 2 inch one, then to stop the bullet, which can penetrate a little less than half an inch of steel, a material slightly denser and twice as soft would suffice.
