It's an interesting question, seeing as most Planes aren't actually defined by maps or some such. Gateways to the Nexus exist within your Plane in locations that are mostly of your definition - within reason. The Gateways are pretty important to each realm, and so must be [i]relatively[/i] accessible: no placing them randomly at the farthest corner of your world.
