Well it's all voluntary. You'll just have a list of the characters except your own. Then you just write how your character feels about that certain other character next to their name. You can write it in third person or, my personal favorite, interview style. Have your character respond as to what they think of someone. Maybe we'll add symbols but everyone will basically be friends so I'm not seeing much of a point.
