Heyo dude!
Also: It's not necessarily based on Elder Scrolls. It's actually a world I've started, and then combined a lot of features from major fantasy universes into one package, with a few neat things I've come up with over time (with help). But, if you like stuff like Skyrim, it is definitely something you should enjoy! 

Also: Don't worry about the posting level, just go with what you know and try to have fun! As long as everyone can keep on moving, we're all good to go!
