The company that Conrad is working for is called, "Krieger" , they own the warehouse that is scheduled to be invaded and taken.
On all accounts, each jet/plane/transportation is privately owned and modified for the specific reasons to keep them off the radar. 
[i] (We can't have characters like ours on regular airlines. Clearly, even the normal ones would turn heads.) [/i] 
Everything is operated by the military. And funded/organized by the queen and prime minister. (they call the big shots).
