Appearance base picture: Around 7ft tall, but disproportionately so. Most of that height is his legs, which cause him to look like he's wearing stilts all the time. He is rail thin, extremely pale, and completely hairless save for a single patch that grows straight up from where the space between his eyebrows would normally be before curling and hanging down in front of his face like the lantern of a angler fish. This single growth of hair is pitch black and seems to cling together at all times, never fraying out even at the end. With no normal hair to hide it it is clear that his head is perfectly spherical. His eyes are set just a little to far apart, are pink, and the pupils are shaped like a goats. His teeth are perfect, and look as though someone has put a great deal of care into them. If the judgement were based solely on his smile he would be in the running for "Most Handsome Boy On Campus." Appearance base notes(optional): Carries a black umbrella during the day because of his sensitive, easily burned skin. Name: James "Slim Jim" Bacon. Age: 15 Role: Jim is an extremely studious student, who has never missed or even been late to a class, who is nevertheless struggling to pull his grades up to a B average. He has tried to found the Dentistry Club several times, only to be rejected each time due to lack of student interest. A mutant hillbilly good ol' boy looking to make something of himself. Short Bio: Jim is not a native of Liberty Ville, instead coming from the small country town of Stone River. No one goes to Stone River anymore, mostly due to the horrible contaminated drinking water and the mutants. Several generations back the ALCHEST chemical company set up their first plant just upriver from Stone River, dumping their runoff into the river and contaminating both the river itself and the ground water. The people didn't know this until the first children started to be born with defects. Those who could afford to move did, but most of the town was not exactly in the higher income bracket and were forced to remain behind and watch as generations passed, people became more and more deformed, and EPA agent after EPA agent accepted very generous bribes. What ALCHEST had done was finally brought to light only very recently by the only reporter not to run screaming for their car at the sight of Stone River's citizens. The EPA fined the company into near bankruptcy, most of it's board of directors was thrown in prison, and the final blow was delivered by a civil suit from the people of Stone River itself which delivered a mountain of wealth to the town. Looking around and realizing that most of them would never be accepted in the outside world, they decided to use the money to send their best and brightest to the best educational facility in the tri-county area in the hopes that he, at least, would be able to live a normal life. Notable skills and powers: Jim takes "having a skeleton" to be more of a suggestion than a hard and fast rule of human biology and can, like an octopus, squeeze himself through most any opening and fit into most any space no matter how small. Because of his strange body he is very nearly immune to blunt force trauma. His hair is very sensitive, able to detect vibrations or changes in the local atmosphere, acting like a third ear and giving him incredible hearing. He can breath methane, something he found out from a dare back home involving a pig farm and truck full of baked beans, and like most residents of Stone River is completely immune to any and all poisons. Other: He lives alone, and frugally, in a small apartment in the city. He is supported by a monthly check he receives from the town for which to pay his bills and go grocery shopping. He has a cat named Jangles.
