Has Alexis tried running into anyone at random? It has been shown that this method is very effective in meet in new people.

Also, the original people from the previous thread who obtained a tarot card are going to obtain. Their personas first. In part two, its going to be completely random with one little factor thrown into the mix. Expect a velvet room dream the day after Sato obtains his persona.
