Anywho here is my CS:

Age: 19
Height: 5'7
Personality: Rayne is kinda shy and doesn't open easily to others. He is mainly found reading and/or listening to music. When he is in class he is not fully paying attention because he finds it to be a bother having to sit there doing something he doesn't like, He would rather be off reading a book or staring at the sky listening to his music. He will study a little bit for test but not too much because he keeps him from his books.He has a tendency to skip class often. 
History: Rayne is a only child. he comes from a fairly wealthy family but feels out of place because his parents want him to keep the family money coming in but Rayne rather be off doing his own things. Throughout his schooling career Rayne never excelled much in grades or in any subject. He always did the bare minimum in order to pass and keep his parents from nagging too much.

Dragon Awakening Level: Honestly not sure a good number to put here so...
Dragon Abilities: Active - Morph - Allows Rayne control over water that is in the area. He can move it to his will but cant increase the quantity
Passive - Distort - Distorts Raynes body so he is harder to hit (Not impossible just harder)
