They must retain the properties of ammo, so to speak. For example, homing rounds or poison darts can be created, but not magic bullets that heal or cause disintegration and such. The default is round shot ammunition.
[b]Personality:[/b] Often quick to describe himself as 'painfully average' and 'completely unexceptional', and, in a way, this description is actually true. Hiroyuki doesn't really lean towards [i]any[/i] extremes in personality. Versatile, but directionless. A factor that can balance out the extremes of his squad's personalities, but not firm enough to seize true leadership. Has a peculiar fixation with resolving his debts, of people getting what they deserve.
