On TP, as usual, unless you guys think it's unfit. It doesn't seem all that bad to me, but I'm not very picky about those sorts of things I suppose. 

As for when, well, soon. Are you interested in doing a solo post in which you detail one of your characters coming to see what's happening? I wouldn't object to waiting for that for a day or two. After that we could move on to the collab.
