as for ground armaments/troops
various ground vehicles
10 platoons of marines 
6 platoons of ODST's (yes the ship has the ability to drop their pods as well as one of the prowlers)
6 spartan fire teams (5 spartan mark 4 each)
the Armour is titanium A about 2.5 m thick'
no shields but has the means to modify captured tech to gain that function
