It would have to depend on what they were. I'm leaning towards no, though.

Side note: if you want to be, say the Kerbals from [i]Kerbal Space Program[/i], or one of the other imported hexes that already exist, we can work something out. Either we'll just have duplicate hexes or I can replace the pre-existing hex with something else.
