I came up with some Urban Legends for ya cause I heard you were looking for some. It's just two though

[b]The Bleeding Desk:[/b] There’s a curse placed on random desks which starts making blood drip out of the desk. The first sign is usually spotted when a student taking his or her books out of it find bloodstains on it. Then they look into the desk only to find it starting to drip with blood from within. The curse does not seem to be limited to one desk but it only seems to occur once at a time. The ‘bleeding’ occurs for a random period of time and no discernible reason has been found for it.

[b]Sanguine Chair:[/b] In a certain storeroom, there lies a very old school chair that is seemingly out of place in the opulent environment of Zandore’s Boarding Academy. It looks very old, as it has cobwebs over it but it seems to have been sat on recently as there isn’t much dust. One is compelled to sit on it, unless they have a good reason not to do so. When one does sit on the chair however, they will suddenly feel as if they were trapped in it. Some describe a faint and indistinct whispering in their ear as they try to extract themselves from the chair, but their body doesn’t move no matter how much they try.

The more they struggle, the louder the whispering becomes until the words are almost audible. However, whenever this happens, the unfortunate victim stuck in the chair suddenly sustains several shallow cuts on their legs as if they had been cut with a knife of some sort and then they are released with the whisper suddenly turning into a hideous laugh.
