It would be more of the life flashing by, almost like someone who was dying and seeing their life flash before them? I do, however,understand what you mean. I was thinking that she would be morally responsible and not inform people that they're going to die soon so as not to upset the balance. It would definitely be a big part of her character! Anyways, even if that power is too OP, I heard a nice little theme song that I could base a character around!
