I have a process, which starts off discussing things with the GM before involving the player. That way, if I'm wrong about something, or if the GM doesn't like an idea that I have, it can be handled without starting anything in the OOC. Once we both agree, we can start discussing the ideas with the player. It helps to have us both on the same page, so we're not working at cross-purposes. However, I can say that some of the ideas involve expanding the definition of your ability and what it can do. If it's AG fields that cause flight, then it's probable that Blaise can find other uses for the fields than just flying. It was an idea that I put out there to Kirra, but I'm still waiting to hear back from her. If any of the ideas I suggest, or we talk to you about, violate the spirit of the character, then that's something we would talk about. We certainly do not want to do anything which would invalidate your concept, which is something I work very hard to avoid. I want to keep true to your vision as much as possible without going against the rules or story. So, once I hear back from Kirra, we'll get you involved and get a discussion going. Sound good?
