However, when you minmax the wrong way you [I]do[/I] get a character that is godmod. Nonetheless, a good GM can weed these out and make sure everything is fair and balanced. I've GMed enough to know the difference, and I've got a very firm grasp of the mechanics of Naruto, better than most it seems, so this shouldn't be much of a problem. Nonetheless, the stat system thing is going to be saved for a later point.

Perhaps the start is a meeting of clans, and all of our characters are to go there. This would be if the idea of the RP starting a bit before the warring clans era.
