Mmm, not so much a joke as a character.

The Tatasuko clan is a clan of my creation. They're difficult to deal with, but not impossible if one has the necessary knowledge and is equally matched in terms of rank (genin, jounin level etc).

Specifically, Zume, who is the character I play of that clan is very difficult to deal with due to the unique circumstances he has. That and my own personal combat skills, which are bolstered when I use him due to the nature of his abilities meshing nigh perfectly with my combat style.

Shougaku is Zume's older brother...and he's, well, even worse really. Shougaku is meant more as a plot device and lore point than an actual character as he is conventionally dead usually. However, given the time periods we're considering he may be alive. If it's around the time of the sage then he'll still be alive, which is scary to consider. If it's before the warring clans period (by just a bit) he'll be alive, but not nearly as ridiculous/terrifying as he would otherwise be. Nonetheless, I'll tackle that when and if necessary eheh.

As to the Tatasuko replacing the Uchiha, that is largely unlikely as the Uchiha are direct descendents of the sage's son, whereas the Tatasuko have ocular and chakratic abilities more or less the [I]opposite[/I] (in nature) of the Sage's abilities.
