Short Bio: Maya was born in California to a doctor and an artist. From an early age, she had been fascinated with her mother's art, but instead of spending her time painting on canvas, Maya took a liking to design. She was constantly rearranging the furniture in the house, wanting to paint the walls and asking why every room in the house couldn't have wood floors. As soon as she got the chance, she went to design school in Los Angeles and eventually started up her own design firm. It took an incredible amount of time and money, but the studio soon became successful.

Reason For Being On The Flight: Maya hasn't had a day off in five years, and she finally feels comfortable leaving the studio in the hands of a trusted apprentice for two weeks while she goes on a long overdue vacation.

The Bad: Flighty, proud, easily flustered, somewhat naive and ignorant to the plight of those less fortunate than he is, lazy

Short Bio: Matt was born in Manhattan and lead the best life that money could buy. Until he picked up a camera at the age of fifteen, his only talent had been spending his father's money. Photography quickly became Matt's heart and soul and he was soon taking pictures of everything he could from the architecture in the heart of New York City, to the slummy alleyways where the less fortune sometimes made their beds. After graduating high school, Matt went on to college but soon dropped out to travel across Europe and Asia to take pictures. Through various connections, he scored a job with a large travel magazine and now gets paid to fly all around the world and photograph animals, people, places and things.

Reason For Being On The Flight: Matt is on his way to South America to photograph the mating rituals of the Amazon Parrot.

Short Bio: Marcus had always lived a less than glamorous life. Born to a young, single mother in Detroit, Michigan, he grew up fending for himself and easily fell into the wrong crowd. Marcus's teen years were full of drugs, fights, and gang activity and by the time he turned eighteen, it was either head to jail like everyone else on the block, or make something of himself through the military. Marcus joined the Marines and it completely changed his life, he came out a different man and was proud to serve his country. Soon after, he met a girl and got married, but his military obligations got in the way of the relationship, and his first wife left, taking his daughters with her. It devastated Marcus, but he threw himself even more into his career, moving up the ranks and eventually becoming a sergeant. He met another woman, Laura, and fell in love. After a quick marriage, Marcus decided to surprise her with an epic honeymoon.

Reason For Being On The Flight: Marcus is traveling with his new wife to the Sapphire Coast for two weeks to celebrate their honeymoon.

Born in France, Ben had loved to write for as long as he could remember. He has kept a daily journal of his life's events since he was 8 years old, detailing both realistic view points of his experiences as well as whimsical dreams that he creates into his own reality. After College, when Ben was 22 years old, he moved to America to pursue his dreams and continued to expand his writing experience. His passion for writing both real events as well as fiction led him to improve his skills until he became an established and prominent figure in the writing industry. On top of being a best selling fictional novelist he also works as a free lancing journalist for various renowned papers. Because of his talent, broad spectrum of writing skills and small famed reputation, he basically can write and publish for whichever outlet he desires. In addition to this, Ben also has his own online blog that he writes a few times a week on. His blog is personal and relatable, including both his personal perspective and current events capturing the interest of many types of readers.

Shay was raised in a sheltered home in Newport Beach, California with loving parents and two older brothers. She was always taken care of by her family and lived a life so sheltered she ended up as an adult feeling lost in life, confused as to who she is or wants to be, and unsure of the path she wants to set for herself. She's just graduated college with a BS in Psychology, thinking this was an appropriate field to enter for her career. But she still feels unsure of her decision or what her next step will be in life. She came to the brave conclusion that to get an idea of who she wanted to be, to test her limits, create strength, courage and independence, she needed to explore the world and experience her options first hand. Her parents paid for her College tuition, allowing her to use the money she saved from birthday's, Christmas presents and so forth to pay for her trip to a few select countries to find herself. She had never even traveled outside of the state she was born in, let alone by herself, but she knew she needed to learn to depend on herself. The best way to do this was on her own, away from anyone that would try and help her.

Having explored Europe last month she is now on her way to explore South America.

Jack grew up with his adoptive parents in Chicago, loving baseball since he could remember. His father's passion for the game became his own and by the time he was 10 he knew he wanted to play in the major leagues. He worked hard through school, keeping his grades strong but eventually got through college with his baseball scholarship. His passion, matched with his hard work and throwing skills landed him his career as a professional baseball player and pitcher by the age of 25. All growing up, Jack struggled with depression, anxiety and stress, his mother always giving him natural supplements to help him get through school. Even with some therapy sessions when the supplements weren't quite cutting it he still struggled to over come the mental breakdowns. Despite this, with the love of his family and his girlfriend, he pushed forward. When he was 26 years old, only 1 year in to his career and relationship with his girlfriend Lacey, his anxiety and depression reached new heights that brought him to drugs and alcohol to numb the pain and relax him. Unfortunately with is professional career and money he had easy access to such items and they worked. He had his feelings under control, or so he thought. The media followed him and tag lined every moment of his life, exploiting him and ruining his career. After struggling off and on with his addictions for 4 years, and struggling to keep his relationship alive, he finally got clean. Once clean everything seemed to be coming together again and his relationship with Lacey was stable once more.

Reason for Being on the Flight:
Jack and Lacey have been on and off for 7 years, their relationship having become serious for the past 2 years. Their love has grown, their bond to each other strengthened through their trials and joys and Lacey was always there for Jack despite what he's gone through. Jack has decided it was time he propose to the woman he desires to spend the rest of his life with, have children, and live happily ever after. He's taking her to the famous resort Sapphire Coast and has plans to pop the question over a romantic evening dinner.
