I'm interested but I'll have to read over all of the information again.

EDIT: Reading everything has definitely peaked my interest. I think most of what you asked have been decided so I'm not sure what to say. I like most of the ideas so I don't have much to complain about. I would like the Rinnegan to be wiped out entirely because watching the Pein Arc in Naruto made me cringe at the OPness. I find the Sharingan and Senjutsu not OP unless the person turns into a Sasuke or Naruto, both of which I find so OP it gives me a headache.
