You need more information along the lines of...

Are you free/casual/advanced

What genders are you looking to play

Do you have more then just a pairing? Do you have preferences on which pairings?

How much do you expect out of a writing partner? In terms of writing skill and posting frequency? Do you want to do it via PMs? Do you have problems with adult content? 

Etc etc...
