The RFP is ruled by a senate which consists of four elected representatives from each individual territory under their control. Each representative has the right to propose laws and bills, which are then voted upon by the entire senate. The bill, if it passes through the senate, will be voted upon by the general populace as applicable. At a minimum of every five years, the people vote to choose one person to represent the nation as a whole. If a majority of the senate votes to reevaluate any senator or senatorial representative, voting re-occurs.

RACIAL
-Majority Race: Humans
-Majority Race Appearance: The RFP humans refer to themselves as “Zelseki” humans.
-Majority Race Characteristics: Zelseki humans are known for a skin-tone that is midway between pale and extremely dark, neither fair nor indicative of desert life. It is also not uncommon for them to have lights tans. Generally, also, height is slightly above the average for humans, though not to the point of lankiness. 

In terms of personality, Zelseki humans are typically extremely defiant towards invaders, due to the constant hostility their experience. Zelseki soldiers are known to become extremely desperate and aggressive in defense of their nation, due to its already desperate situation, so much so that it is not unheard of for soldiers nearing defeat to engage in suicidal assaults, though not any more so than any other loyal soldier.

-Minority Race Appearance(s): Generally typical for dwarves - short and stout, though with a very moderate skin tone.
-Minority Race Characteristics: RFP dwarves don’t have any biological traits terribly different than their cousins, aside from altered skin tone. In fact, they’re relatively normal, although the children of first-generation immigrants and Zelseki humans can become Luminant.

-Magical Schools and Curriculum: The RFP, in almost all cases, is only able to utilize a unique breed of magic that is known simply as technomancy - the original source is a heavily processed substance derived from a minerals named luminite. Despite its ready availability, processed luminite still only activates the ability in a very small number of people. Typically, those who are able to utilize the ability are already quite intelligent and/or creative, and are offered prestigious schooling by the government to join the honoured ranks of the single breed of RFP magi - The Order of the Enlightened Mind, its members known as Luminants.

-List of Historical Grievances: The RFP historically holds issue with most religious nations, although they generally only take military action when a threat to their nation is perceived - military force is not often used aggressively. Despite this defensive attitude, their military is especially well-armed and equipped, due to the open hostility they often face from a large nations.
