Tanikazi felt a bit weird at the fact that this Runo person knew english somehow. Tanikazi didn't really trust him, heck he didn't exactly trust anyone besides Gwen. so Tanikazi just decided to say "well its uh nice to meet you" in a surprised voice. *Maybe everyone has voice translators or some crap. I don't know this place is weird*
